Hang'em High Guidelines
This covers deadlines, expectations, conventions and other related materials. These will change throughout the course of development, so it is recommended that you read this thread at least once a month to keep up to date.
Purpose
The primary purpose of the project is to motivate and help Artery.ca community members develop content for demo reels. Secondary goals would be to create a total conversion UnReal 3 mod for release to the public and the creation of an Art Book which could be sold.
Game Team Positions and Credits
The game team will have many positions and several categories of credits. There will be three credits categories: The Artery.ca Team, the Hang'em High Team, and the Artery.ca Community.
The Artery.ca Team
This category is only for the moderators and staff of the Artery.ca. Credits in this section will reflect the duties and position of the person within the organization.
Hang'em High Team
This category is for any member who submits a piece of work and is accepted to the project. There will be a wide variety of positions ranging from artists and designers to Leads. All members will start at an entry level and based on the quality of the work, professionalism, and critiquing in the forums, will be able to move up the ranks. Leadership roles will be given to those members who, beyond the quality of work, are most active on the forums in mentoring other members.
The Artery Community
This category is for any members of the community that help in the development of the game, but do not submit any accepted work. A Mentorship role is applicable to those members who are most active on the forums in mentoring other members.
